The Grind is a 6 week fitness boot camp designed to help you feel stronger, leaner, and more confident - inside and out.

Inspired by the way fighters train during camp, the Grind gives you a powerful routine without the pressure of stepping into a ring.

This isn't about fighting - it's about training like a fighter to get in the best shape of your life.

No experience needed. Just a commitment to show up.

  • Monday - Friday mornings ( 30 sessions total)

  • Just 45 mins. per class - before your day begins
