Our kids program is designed for ages 5 - 8 and 9 - 12 1 providing a fun and engaging environment for young learners. For children aged 6 and below, we offer private training to ensure personalized attention and support. We provide both group classes and individual training options, allowing each child to thrive at their own pace while developing essential skills. Teen Boxing

Join our teen boxing program designed for ages 13 - 15, where we offer both group classes and individual training sessions.
